Aims and Scope:
Journal of Perinatology is an interdisciplinary journal that provides all members of the perinatal/neonatal healthcare team with information pertinent to improving maternal, fetal and neonatal care. Coverage includes maternal/fetal medicine, the neonate and the follow-up of the infant and child, and new developments and technologies in neonatal intensive care.
Neonatal specialists diagnose and treat medical conditions and medical complications that arise during pregnancy and obstetric complications that arise in an otherwise healthy pregnancy.
Typical disorders and conditions include: hypertension, diabetes, intrauterine, growth retardation,perinatal infections,prematurity and low birth weight infants.
Readership:
Professionals in neonatal and perinatal care, obstetrics, gynaecology, pediatrics, neonatal and perinatal nurses, respiratory therapists, and nutritionists.
