How site license pricing is calculated
For site license access to NPG journal
Pricing is calculated using:
- Institution type
- Institution size, using size bands:
- Academic - bands based on FTE (Full Time Equivalent) figure for students, staff and researchers.
- Corporate, government or hospital - bands based on Research and Development staff figure and research sites
- Public libraries - please contact your local sales representative
- Consortia - please contact your local sales representative
- Multi-site and global organizations - please contact your local sales representative
Pricing is quoted for a one-year subscription unless otherwise indicated.
For site license access to archive content
Archive content not associated with your site license can be purchased as a single year, in multiple years or as predetermined archive products, listed below. Sales are available in complete calendar years. Please contact your local sales representative for more information.
- Available as a one-time purchase.
- Single year of content is priced at 60% of the site license price.
- Purchases of multiple years qualify for disounts.
- Pricing is based on institution type and size, as above.
- Customers with a site license to the associated journal pay no access fee.

- Nature archive: 1869-1949
- Nature archive: 1950-1986
- Nature archive: 1987-1996
For access to SciBX: Science Business Exchange
SciBX is distributed to individual subscribers as a PDF via email and may be ordered for an individual or a group of individual users at an institution.
Pricing is calculated using institution type and the number of users. Please contact your local sales representative to order or to enquire about group discounts.
