It would be helpful to know the sources for these Sidelines - for instance, I cannot find the source for "Fake Thunderstorms". I assume it is in Opt. Soc. Am., but a search reveals nothing except in Optics Express 16 (2008) 466-93. Is this what is being referred to? Hard to tell... - no need to post, however it would be helpful to post at least slightly more complete references that could be tracked down... -T. Shinbrot
