ICMR should go further and do something to prevent selective publication of clinical trials from happening. The recent article "Selective Publication of Antidepressant Trials and Its Influence on Apparent Efficacy" by Turner et al in N Engl J Med 2008;358:252-60 should be an eye opener in this regard.
