Indonesia to reject tagging of HIV carriers
A bill to track patients using implanted microchips is unlikely to pass.
A controversial proposal to tag "sexually aggressive" patients with HIV in Papua, Indonesia, with microchips looks likely to fail after being roundly condemned by AIDS activists and human-rights groups.
The proposal aims to address a spiralling HIV problem.
