Abstract
In January, M|[eacute]|decins Sans Fronti|[egrave]|res hosted a two-day symposium in New York on tuberculosis (TB). The speakers were much like those at most scientific meetings—a long list of men, most of them from the US or Europe, speaking in lofty terms about big-picture goals.
